ST SUNLAB, a global real-time monitoring solutions company, announced that it has signed an official distributor agreement with Qualcomm Technologies International, Ltd. for the Qualcomm Aware^TM Platform. Through this agreement, ST SUNLAB will distribute Qualcomm Aware devices as a global authorized distribution channel. 

As a result, the company will have the global distribution rights for devices for the Qualcomm Aware lineup. This enables ST SUNLAB to deliver more precise and reliable solutions to those who want real-time tracking, environmental monitoring, and data-driven analytics.

Qualcomm Aware is an IoT cloud platform that collects and analyzes a wide range of environmental data from devices—including location, temperature, humidity, shock, and illuminance. Leveraging global connectivity and highly reliable network technologies, it enables real-time device monitoring and management across various segments, such as cold chain, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and industrial safety.

Founded in 2001, ST SUNLAB has emerged as a key player in the digital transformation of the global tracking systems industry, with a growing presence across Latin and North America.

The collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies serves as a strong validation of ST SUNLAB’s technological prowess and operational excellence in the global marketplace. More importantly, it marks a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution, signaling a shift from a fulfillment-based business model to a device-centered one with an emphasis on supply expansion.

ST SUNLAB believes adding Qualcomm Aware devices and value-added services such as accurate and precise Wi-Fi and cellular positioning will create a synergistic effect with its existing tracker product offerings. 

Building on its recent agreement as a global distributor of Qualcomm Aware devices, ST SUNLAB plans to expand its global reach by leveraging Qualcomm Technologies’ established international sales network alongside its own overseas sales arms. The company is also planning to strategically expand its operations to integrate its efforts in the services sector. 

Notably, the API-driven scalability of the Qualcomm Aware Platform is expected to play a key role in enabling the development of customized solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.
